Dear Friends, In today’s video I will share pointers on what to really look for in Property Inspection reports. These reports can be very lengthy and hard to read. It is customary for inspection companies to find every little thing that can be wrong with the property. And there are a lot of items on these reports that you should not be worried about, especially if you are trying to get your offer accepted in today’s market. If it is an older home and it is not a new construction, then there will be items that need repairs. Don’t get alarmed and just know that these are expected in an older home.
